What drives me

I've spent 20+ years on growth, marketing and change management in complex organisations. When generative AI took off I realised early that it wasn't primarily a tech shift, but a leadership shift.

It's when AI gets direction, structure and proper teaching that it starts to work. Not just for the one curious individual, but across the whole organisation.

That's why GrowingSmart exists. We guide your journey, from the first training session to entire organisations working AI-driven.

GrowingSmart isn't an agency with a permanent staff. For each assignment we put together a team with the right expertise, so you get exactly the capability you need without paying for what you don't use.

Direction first

We always start by understanding where you are and where you want to go, before we talk about tools or delivery. That saves time and money down the line.

Adapted to you

Everything we do is tailored to your language, your processes and your maturity. There's no template that fits everyone, and we don't believe in pretending there is.
