How we work

This isn't a regular agency

When I started GrowingSmart I decided not to build a classic agency. I didn't want a permanent staff to keep busy or an overhead to carry. I wanted to put together the right people for each assignment.

That's how we work today. I've built a network of specialists who are genuinely sharp in their field, and I pull in the ones who fit what you're doing. Strategy, SEO, ads, web, design, video and AI-driven practice.

We also build a lot with AI as the engine. Websites and apps come together fast when the right tools are used the right way, and we create AI avatars for training courses that we deploy in several languages.

The most important thing for me is that we work together with you. When we're done, your team has learned something, not just received a delivery.
